What constitutes dead weight? How many deaths are acceptable for aw? Is there a prestige requirement? Do you run full diversity on defense? Do you dictate what champs a summoner needs to rank? What aq maps do you run? Any information on your alliance would be nice

Dead weight is people not showing up to AQ/AW events. We only require for people to to check in to AQ/AW twice daily to ensure we are not stagnant. We have players rated from about 150k to 550k. We don’t micro manage! Your champs are yours to do as you wish, however many use Line to discuss and ask each others opinions. We are pretty chill. Mostly older with a few youngsters. We like to run map 3 consistently so we can get tried or 100% for max rewards and glory. Most of us use all of our glory for T4 cats. We arrange defense for best overall alliance defense once all champs are placed in. We have some grinders in the group who help us get good rewards from alliance events. Most of us work and have families and lives so most of us are just in twice a day. We have got to Gold 2 and then fell to silver 1 because of 5 players not participating. We kicked them and we are 25 strong. Most of us have been united for over a year.
