Energy help request - Pin to top of list

We need to look into why these energy requests are not pinned to the top of the help section.

If needed, change the description so that they are alphabetically first. change to "help requested" instead of "requested help"

My guess is that since the same beginning phrase is used for both the champ help and energy help, that it pushes the energy help to the bottom.

Can we revisit this EVER?

Yesterday I submitted my request at 7am CST, by 4pm CST I had only 2 helps of the 10 because Kabam forces these helps down to the bottom of the pile...since my alliance has a bunch of arena grinders, their champ help requests are always pinned to the top.
