3 STAR GOLDPOOL coming to the Contest as a Playable/Obtainable Champion?

I’m REALLY REALLY hoping Goldpool is coming out to all summoners. I’ve been seeing him lately in Arenas as a 3* and hoping he’s gonna be coming out as a playable and obtainable champ!! Please Kabam, please respond!

The 3* you're seeing is just because it's Kang's team, aka not an actual player's roster. It's like seeing 5* or 6* Wolverine or Scarlet Witch in event quests. Not an indicator that that champion is coming at that rarity.
