Invisible Woman idea

High attack rating and low health. 0% base critical rating. High critical damage (like vulture). No base armour rating. Low block proficiency.

Invisibility mode: All incoming attacks have a 45% to miss. (90% for special attacks) All Attacks deal +100% damage and have a 100% critical chance while you are invisible. Lasts 5 seconds.

Force field mode: All incoming attacks deal 45% less damage.(90% for special attacks) Opponents suffer -100% offensive ability accuracy. All Attacks gain true strike and deal true damage. Lasts 10 seconds.

When the opponent activates a special attack: 33% to become invisible or activate a force field if no mode is active.
If a mode is active, it is refreshed.

Well timed blocks: Have a 100% perfect block chance and can block unblockable attacks.

Special Attacks:

SP1' Activates Invisibility mode.

SP2 : Activates force field mode.

SP3: Activates both modes.

Signature Ability:

When inflicted by a debuff: 99% to become invisible or activate a force field if no mode is active.

Interesting ideas, but if I'm being honest it is obviously designed by player and not by game designer because there's no downside to the character anywhere (the apparent downsides are engineered in such a way to largely mitigate them). No counters, no disadvantages, and no weaknesses.

Both modes have strong defensive buffs *and* strong offensive buffs. Champions do not tend to have both simultaneously in two different ways. The model here is probably Emma Frost where one mode should be more defensive (probably invisibility) and one more offensive (force field).

Also, the signature ability needs to be rethought, because it interacts badly with suicides (she becomes permanently invisible or force fielded).

The force field mode dos not deal much damage because her critical rating is 0%.
