Is 4* IMIW worth rank 5?

Feel like I made the wrong decision I was waiting on a couple of t4bc to take him to rank 5 and use my 4* AG on him. But then I pulled a 4* starlord and used the gem on him with taking him to rank 5 instead in mind. I’m now regretting it the poor prestige of starlord seems to be bothering me (AQ) even tho ive heard prestige doesn’t mean a lot. Now debating on just taking IMIW to rank 5 and then use a gem on him when I next come across one.
