Are you able to progress if you highlight the "A" in the list of portals?

Similar issue here on an iPhone XS Max. I can select the portal but there is no teleport button to actually progress.

This happened to me, its not supposed to be a portal you can leave from. hit the node under the next opponent to move

the portal is like a door way that is in the wall you open it up there's just wall; it's not suppose to be there
