4* duped rocket or 4* unduped Yondu and who do i take to r4 1st?!

I’m trying to figure out who to take to R4 1st. I might be doing something wrong but I’m having a lot of trouble getting tier 4 basic catalysts. I finally have 3 and I want to upgrade one of my 4 star champs to r4 to make it easier to get more tier 4 catalysts and more 5 * crystal shards. I have the following 4* champs

Duped
Rocket

Unduped
Yondu
Captain America ww2
Daredevil classic
Electra
Ironman classic
Taskmaster
Red skull

If it matters red skull, iron man, and daredevil are new to me and I haven’t put many resources into them but they wouldn’t be hard to get to r3.
