Summoner Advancement Rewards Delay

I didn't receive the rewards for summoner advancement and it finished 15 hours ago. What's happening can someone help me out.

    Yeah, me too. My alliance did not receive the rewards. Many players (in the CIS countries) are struck by the fact that they have not received the rewards.
