Legends run kabammed by emergency maintenance

Sooo... I was merrily in the middle of my virgin legends run, having just bought 35 energy refills, and used 2x 30% health+Attack and 2x 20% Attack boosts, not to mention the cores needed to unlock full suicides... when the game started lagging like crazy and then the emergency maintenance hit.

So what else can I do but submit a ticket? Got nothing but the bog standard automated reply so far... but I still haven’t gone back in to the eq because I’m still holding out hope that they’d at least discount the time that I lost and let me continue with my run.

Anyone have a similar experience? Should I keep waiting for a proper response? Give up the run and demand compensation? Or quit this clown fiesta?

Thats unfortunate. I would hope that if they have a way of checking what you say is true that they could atleast give you back the boosts you used.

I would wait for a response and if its not the one you want send them a message back requesting the units/boosts back.

Think there’s any chance at all they can subtract the time since the game kicked me off so I can continue? Right now I can’t do any questing because I’m hoping that they can restart the paused clock once I click resume quest 😭😭😭

When energemy hit the timer stop and Star when game is back op so u hav to almost be one you phone ever 1 mint and try to get one with is unfair.

Yeah I couldn’t do that.... plus I don’t know for sure that’s how the timer works anyway... oh well... I will marinate in a bath of my salty tears
