New drop rates

Are the new drop rates going to be applied to the shard crystals? My bi weekly GMC is still showing the old drop rate. Sorry if this has been answered already, but I didn't see any post.

No only the 9nes you buy are getting the boost

The new drop rates are only for the crystals you buy with units, not the normal grand master crystal you get every 2 weeks.
