    How much health do u have when u activate it.... if u have 75% health that's 15% of your missing health which means (25% of base health x 15%) = not very much

    It's 15% of MISSING health.

    Don't worry, I made that mistake the first time too.

    If you are missing 1k health, you get back 150. 10k health is 1500. Etc.

    You are misunderstanding the ability. Like paytoplay said, its 15% of missing health, not total.
