Look, MCoC isn't a job. It's not life. It's fun, and should stay that way - so you don't need babysitters in the form of officers who try and dictate your game experience.
About us: Help Wanted [H-W] is a 16-17mil alliance with openings . We're balanced - a group of veteran adult players, skilled, good communicators. Gold 1 easy Tier 5-6 AW. AQ we run 5/5/3 2-3 days, 5/4/3 the other 2 days - no mandatory donations (though some gold from time to time won't kill you, right?), and will evaluate this as the new costs roll out next week. We ask that you place, fight, clear your assigned path, and have fun. No drama, no jerks.
About you: You know your stuff. You're an above-average to highly skilled fighter who wants the freedom to play the game the way you most enjoy it while working with a team for greater rewards. You know how to communicate - and when to do so - in order for the team to achieve. You hate micromanagers but respect structure/organization. You'll fit in with others who have an average PI of 550k+, and can place a decent defense while fielding a strong attack team for war and AQ. line is required - got to be a part of the community after all.
