Game crashing in act 4 exploration !

I am exploraing Act 4 detail -act 4.4.4 and act-4.4.3

Each time i get ambush and before the fight begins ,my game is crashing and i get returned to my home screen
Then too if i try to open game from task manager
The game restarts
Then again i went into the quest and try to continue
It crashes again and i return to home screen
I have tried to change network , restart phone and even I restarted the quest and played different path which worked and then i took the unexplored path where the ambush comes
Then again game crashes !
It is too annoying resulting in loss of my energy riffils and boost
I want compensation and also want kabam to fix this !
