Psylocke vs Mystic Dispersion

I was using Psylocke in tier 5 AW and when the boss Juggernaut had no power I started using dexterity and he was gaining power! I even had two Psy charges so does her ability not work on Mystic Dispersion?!?!

    Psylocke can only prevent them from gaining power when you hit them, it doesn't change when they hit you or when MD activates.

    As you experienced, when Psylocke has AI power locked, dexterity triggers mystic dispersion because of the cruelty buff gained from dexterity.

    edit: dexterity gives a temp crit rate increase not cruelty.

    Just keep spamming her L1 to take the power back. She works very well.

    Psylocke only prevents enemys from getting power when attacked ... they can still gain power by other ways
