5* Emma Frost vs 4* Domino

Who should ill throw my cats in? I want to bring my 5* Emma Frost to R3 or my 4* Domino to r5. Wich one should i do?

It definitely depends on which phase of the game you are if you are trying to complete act 5 then you can rank either of them but I'll advice you to go for Emma bcoz she has better utilities or for EQ and all you can rely on domino but I'll still advice Emma bcoz she's the girl bud
