AQ is becoming bad

After the newer aq update everytime i enter to the quest and click on the fight it shows nothing just
loading as usual and suddenly shows the screen which i posted . Then i reloads the game and my venoms health gone down as hell that is very very painful . If anyone have a solution to this or the same problem plz let them know
