I want my 300 units back!

I accidentally clicked the wrong button on one of the stupid pop-up ads that appear every freaking time you open crystals. It happened so fast that I don't even know what the hell it was that I just blew 300 units on. I don't want whatever it was, I just want my units back.

Open a ticket with support, explain your situation politely, and they might be able to reverse the transaction. But if the offer was for any crystal or similar thing and you opened it, its all over. In general Kabam won't reverse purchases for crystals once they are opened.

I've accidentally purchased a couple of those stupid pop-ups and each time I just open a ticket in-game. As long as any crystals purchased are not opened Kabam will typically reverse the purchase.

Raise a ticket asap.. They will reverse it.. Same thing happend with me once and they reversed it.. Just dont use the items that accidentally purchased.
