Dear kabam,
I have tried to submit tickets for my problem. 2-3 years ago a friend of mine retired and gifted me his account. He was probably a level 200k or so and this was way before dr strange was nerfed. I’ve never shared this account with anyone. A few months later my line app crashed which contained my login info. I never worried about it because i never logout and never share my account info so I always go straight to my game. I selected your beta test and when I did it somehow reverted my device to an old account I haven’t used in years. I have spent hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours on my main account growing that account. A recent email from kabam seemed to suggest my account was being used for piloting. I have never shared this account ever. I really don’t understand how my actions could be construed to be against your terms of service. I have never used it to benefit my alliance against others in AQ or AW.

I hate to break it to you, but the account belongs to kabam, no one is allowed to "gift" them to anyone. That is against the TOS.

People sell their accounts everyday. I understand if they do so and share the account amount their alliance how that is cheating. This should not be.

@Neptune2000 you are not allowed to give someone an account. If you have been playing it for 2-3 years maybe Kabam will overlook, but I would submit a ticket and omit the part about it being gifted lol. Do you have the email address associated with it? If not, can you contact your friend and get him to create a new password?

Tks lenoir but no. I wasn’t trying to hide anything when the beta test messed up my account. I was honest about everything.

Hey there, as a quick reminder, players are only allowed to play on accounts that they've created. Playing on someone else's account that they created, or allowing others to play on an account you created is not allowed.
