Email problem

I changed my email adress.But I cant open my account.Today i opened with this email adress new account.How is this possible?I wrote many times to support.They ask me some questions.And I gave the answers.I send screenshots.No nothing happened.Always same messages...Anyone can help me?

    Nobody here will be able to help you. You have to contact support and keep trying because the players here will not have access or authorization to interfere anyhow.
