Not enough Romance Shards in Love is a Battlerealm Event

How am I meant to get the remaining shards I need when I've explored every difficulty of the event? Tbh I can live without 1 Romance Crystal but it just seems a bit odd that the game didn't include enough Romance Shards in the event.

Kabam knows about the discrepancy and will send out the difference before the end of the event (sometime in the next week or so).

Wouldn't it have been easier for them to just do the math right first?
