Captain America Infinity War is easily one of the best champions in the game. I think he should possesses a new buff ability which is healing factor. The buff for his healing ability will have a some degree of recovering Captain America. What do y'all think?

He doesn't need it, it wasn't meant for him to have it
I think saying something is one of the best champions in the game followed immediately by asking for a buff for that champion is probably not a good idea.
I recognize this may just be simple enthusiasm: you like the champ, you're happy with the champ, you want to make the champ even better as a result so you get even better results when playing them. However, the debates surrounding buffing or nerfing things in any online game happen within a very complex context of sometimes very animated positions. You may not realize that this puts you in the cross fire of an extremely entrenched set of battlelines.
I'm glad you like Captain America Infinity War; he's a great champ. Because he's a great champ, he's not going to get a bunch of healing. Lots and lots of other champs are seen as needing a buff or reworking far in advance of him. You may not mean to, but you're essentially trying to get CapIW to essentially cut in line.

You came here to say that the character is good, and ask for him to be even better. You just said "he should have a regen" without mention any reason for it. Then you just want him to have perfect block for again, no reason. Even though he already has a high block proficiency.
And even after all that you just say it once again, "he is one of the best champions in the game". So I don't really know what is being said here anymore ...
