Game having graphical issues and lag

Im experiencing a major lag/graphicial issue in aq and eq mostly. To the point u dont know when to throw a parry or intercept and failed attempts dodging specials. Also not sure if this is related but defender speeds up at times and attacks or covers ground faster than usual at times. Either the lag is catching up or maybe something else. I have tried everything and I feel like I am the only this is happening 2. If this continues i already told my alliance I am taking a break. I will check back in a few weeks.
