4* Mystic awakening question

I've got a few unduped 5* mystic champs- Mordo, Dr. V, and Dorm, at ranks 1 or 2, so I haven't been paying much attention to 4* mystics champs.
I have unduped Morningstar, Mephisto, and just pulled a Sym Supreme. I have a Mystic awakening gem that I was saving in case I ever pull a 4* Magic, and I have duped 4* Dorm and Hood both at r3.
Should I use or keep saving the awakening gem? use on who? Which of all those is most deserving to r5? Please give reasons
