Crash issues

I face so many times this issue when i play arena and dungeons after 5 or minutes this game automatically stop(screen show black screen and exit) so many times i got this issues and so many times i send you kabam i like play arena and dungeons i lucky this issue not happening to in alliance quest and war so please kabam fix this issue please. every time i send this information but you guys didn't solve this kind of bugs and whatever but please fix this issue soon as possible

I like this game so much and i play this game every hours and every days
But please fix this issue
