Blocking?

Is anyone having an issue with blocking? After a five-hit combo heroes are standing still and as I hold for block I'm taking hits if I don't evade back. Maybe it's parry that's not working. Thanks cool kids for helping.

It was only happening that night and it was everyone I faced looks like it's been fixed. It was like what civil war black does some times when he just stands there after a five hit combo and you press block but the game is trying to trigger the parry stun.
