How do u get ban?

I never got ban and i hope i never will i am legit player and i play this game almost 24/7 and i put up some money on this game but i am scard of getting ban i never shared my account to anybody and i never used hacks am i clear? Btw i heard few ppl used their accounts on their second phone is it alright too? Thanks
