That's a tough question right there but I would go ghost. Starky lacks Heath when he's a 4* and can risky to play with I do have him as 4* maxed tho and loving him. Ghost on the other side is really fun to play with and so OP when u have her synergies

I agree with Ghost efficiency on fights. Dang! it's hard to decide when u have limited resources. 😂

I would lean Ghost. Both champs take skill for sure though.
