Hyperion special 3 - never crit?

I have been noticing that as a heavy Hyperion user, I don’t think I have ever seen his s3 crit? Is this a feature or a bug? Anyone else notice it not ever getting a critical hit?

    SP3 never crits for any champion in the contest.

    Test any champion, they wont crit on SP3

    Never sp3 wont crt that why sp2 somtimes is better to ise b

    OG black panther used to be able to crit years ago but that was changed, apart from that no champion can ever crit with a sp3, not even corvus with his charges
