Yes. When daylight saving kicks in, there will be an adjustment and everything will start an hour earlier. If I'm not wrong it should be around the 10th of March.
Actually the game does not adjust at all. Things start earlier because we change the clocks, but the game stays the same. If the game adjusted, everything would be at the same time as it always was.

Partly wrong, the game has always adjusted with the US daylight savings time. If something started at 11am this week in the US, it will start at 11am next week.Which means that if countries don't follow the same US daylight savings calendar, events will start one hour differently next week than they do this week. And then for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, when our DST changes later the events change by one additional hour. For example: This week AQ starts at 9am for me in New Zealand. After DST changes on the 10th in the US, AQ will start at 8am. Then when New Zealand does our DST adjustment in April, AQ will start at 7am. The whole process reverses in Sept-Nov.
