Corvus is immune to shock when he has charges. Is he immune to the shock from Wasp's quantum evade since it's static shock?

    Yes,
    and if you have willpower, you'll gain health if you have immunity active.

    So it only applies to debuffs? As electro's shock is passive?

    Electro has no shock ability. His static shock causes energy damage.

    But yeh, Corvus immunity to damage only applies to shock debuffs
