Help 4 button bug

Over the last couple of days I have noticed that when I press the "Help 4" button to provide helps to alliance mates, only one help is provided (not 4). It seems to reset itself after restarting the game but a short time later it reverts back to only helping one at a time.

    I have seen this happen off and on for over a year....I noticed that if I avoid "speed mashing" the help button it does not happen as often.
