Guillotine: 50% chance when striking a Bleeding opponent to gain a Soul Charge.
I tried this and don’t feel it is working as described. The way I believe it is working is you have a 50% chance to gain a soul when placing a bleed vs hitting a bleeding an opponent. Is this a bug or is synergy description not accurate?
