AQ map 5 cost is wrong

Maybe this is already been addressed sorry if it has...
I thought map 5 was supposed to cost 450,000 gold and 30,000 loyalty according to the announcement.
That would mean to run it daily should be 90,000 gold and 6,000 loyalty.
It shows it costs 112,500 gold and 7,500 loyalty which is 562,500 gold and 37,500 loyalty for the 5 days... looks like someone did the calculations on 4 days of running instead of 5...

Hey @Vegas110, thanks for bringing this up. To clarify, the cost you cite (112,500 Gold and 7,500 Loyalty) is just the cost for the FIRST Battlegroup to run Map 5 one time. The second Battlegroup one will cost twice that much, and the third will cost the same, for a total of 450,000 Gold and 30,000 Loyalty, but that's just per day, not for the entire week.

So, let's say you wanted to run Map 5 in 1 Battlegroup all 5 days, it would cost you exactly what you said there (562,500 Gold and 37,500 Loyalty) but if you ran it in 3 Battlegroups all 5 days, it would be 2,250,000 Gold and 150,000 Loyalty. Hope that helps!

Correct for 1 group however the costs are higher than we were told for the week.. should be 450,000 gold and 30,000 for the week not 562,500 and 37,500 for the week

112500 is the gold for 1 bg. 450k is the gold for 3 bg (and 3bg is what TOTAL referred to, not the cost for a week). Both of these are for 1 day. The total cost is divided 25-50-25, and as you might notice, 112500 is 25% of 450k.

1 bg for 5 days is 562500 gold. 3 bg for 5 days is 2.25M. This is exactly what they said.

sorry that’s wrong too... 112,500 x3 battle groups is 337,500 gold not 450,000 and all 3 groups x 5 days is 1,687,500 gold...

25-50-25 is the division. The 2nd battlegroup is 2x as expensive as the first and third, or as expensive as the first and third combined. The total would be 112500 * (1+2+1) = 450k for 3, or 112500 * (1+2) = 337500 for 2.

During the change, they explained that the goal was to entice people to try the next level up with 1 bg, but to change from that to 3 bg instead of only moving up to 2 bg at the new map.
