Stuck at rank 4/5 4 stars

I have my questing 4 stars all at rank 4 level 40. I can’t seem to get any of them up to rank 5. Any tips for how to get one from rank 4 to 5?

You need to have 3 T4CC and 5 T4BC.

Collect T4CC from monthly event quests, alliance wars, etc.
