Second Account Rank Up Question - Cyclops Users

So i recently took my 2nd 5* to 4/55 on my 2nd acc they are Gwenpool and Venom. Now i got a AA on my main acc on 4/55 duped and i like him but on this 2nd acc i rank people that are underrated or meme tier type of Champs (that i love to play) . Now my question is how hard does Cyclops on 4/55 hit? cause i need 1 more t4 Mutant to 4/55 him
