Ronan sp1 bug in the uc eq

in Bugs and Known Issues
Is Ronan's sp1 is meant to be unblockable no matter how far I'm from him, just faced him 5 times and every time he hits his sp1 from the the far right side and it still hits me??!!

    It’s not literally just fought him and it doesn’t hit you if your on the far end of the screen
