6 star Venom the Duck Bugged

I’ve been experiencing an issue where 6 star venom the duck deals no damage through basic or special attacks (including bleed) in act 5 chapter 3 quest 1. After activating sp3 I can deal damage for a few hits and it quickly goes back to 0 damage. I have video showing this behavior. Could you please investigate this?
