Hawkeye's PI I'd too low

I just recently pulled a 6* Hawkeye which I'm excited about. I ranked him up to level 25 but his PI is lower than all my other 6*s. Any chance @Kabam Hawkeye might be buffed? Maybe raise his stats?

Not a bug he's just a low pi champion and pi isn't everything, he's extremely uselfull
