Archangel with a higher sig like 60+ is amazing and you’ll use him for a long time. Medusa is also amazing. I used a 4* Rank 5 to finish Variant 100%

I've seen crazy kills with symbiote supreme, but Archangel got me through a lot of content, so both are good options.

Iceman is very useful, triple immune.
Magik is the best power controller in this game.
