Can psylocke enervate Collector(to 0 power), 5.2.6? Or is he immune to enervate?

I have to 100% 5.2.6. Rest all other chapters are 100%. Please tell if anyone has tried Psylocke against collector.

Psylocke's enervate is a passive, so the Collector's tenacity should not shrug it off. It'd be tricky to land it though.

the collector will slowly reduce your ability accuracy as time passes
