Yondu L1 Animation Arrow

It appears Yondu's L1 and animations are lacking the "fire" behind the 2nd arrow. Can see the arrow, but no fire. Any one else see this? Minor bug, but sometimes hard to see on Android phone (Samsung S6 Active).
