Donations mess up.

So one of my alliance members just donated 350k’s worth of BC, is there a way to undo this? Would submitting a ticket work?

    submitting a ticket should work but do it asap.
    and be clear as to exactly what happened and what you want done.
    problem i see is people complain support does nothing but they dont know how to actually explain what happened.
    i have had donations reversed on 3 occasions.
    mine we accidental unit conversions.

    It's been known for support to reimburse mistaken donations providing they haven't been used to start an AQ already.
    You can only submit a ticket and ask
