War Matchmaking working very well (atleast in some regard)

AI launchin sp3 during middle of my combo.
I have noticed this a couple times in arena now. I am trying to get video but it never seems to happen in the fights i am recording. but it goes like this MLL.... SP3.... where the MLL are my hits and then i am unable to complete my combo due to them launching a sp3. how is this possible. others seeing this too? atleast…

No consistency in how buffs v passives work.
Dorms sig ability causes degen when a buff expires. So why does it cause degen when IMIW passive armor expire? Medusa cant prevent it via armor shatter as it is an ability not a buff.
