Hi All, since long have not got any good results from premium hero crystals.. is there a technique which might work or help to get better rewards..

Drops are semi-random. Semi-random because they have Drop Rates, but the outcome is randomly generated the moment you open the Crystal, and each Crystal is a separate outcome. Opening them in groups or one at a time won't change the outcome. Might give you more chances at once, but it's all just the luck of the draw.

Try spinning the crystal around the screen with your finger 10 times clockwise, then drop it in the spinner and say: "Praise RNGesus!" Guaranteed 4*s evritiem.

There is really nothing you can do, you either get lucky or you don't. Some get luckier than others, I have pulled a lot of 3*&4* from them but it's in spurts and comes and goes

Don't listen to the rest of these naysayers, there is a way to guarantee you get good pulls.
1. Make sure you wait until you have over 200,000 shards before you purchase any.
2. When you're ready to start opening, make sure you spin each and every crystal COUNTER-clockwise around the center of the screen for at minimum 5 minutes each before letting it spin.
3. Let each and every crystal time out and stop spinning on its own.
4. Once you've invested the time it takes to accomplish steps 1-3 and have acquired your 100 2* champions, let your rage drive you to uninstall this GD clown-fiesta of a game and move on with your life.
5. Congratulate yourself for beating the game the only way thats possible.
