Looking for members who are comfortable running map 3 sometimes 4 on AQ

We are a AQ first alliance at an average rating of 180k per player. We run map 3 right now since we cut a lot of slack but we are looking for committed players who particpate in AQ. War is not mandatory but we are pretty good at it as well
