Why not just bring a counter and you don’t have to worry about it?

I mean technically even with a 7% chance it is possible that they can evade you every single attack you throw at them, or never evade at all, so really just depends if you're lucky or not.

There are true, real-world 7% chances which we expect, and then there's a Kabam 7% which is subject to a multitude of hidden multipliers and additives that always seem to go in their favor.

Emma's diamond form will keep her from being stunned, which is nice.

Will her telepath form allow her to stop evade from Mesmerize? I haven't tested it yet.
