SHOULD KABAM BUFF CARNAGE?

Carnage, being a very anticipated character, was very weak and was called "Carbage", and "Pillow Hands", I recently got the 4* version from a Spider-Verse and I would really like to see everyone's opinions on if Carnage should receive a buff.
