Why does it say Bane - 3?

Probably multiple levels of how much damage per second will be done. I assume there is a Bane-1 and Bane-2 potential nodes in game somewhere with less than this one's 2.5% damage per second level. I’ve seen some other buff nodes with a “level” indicator to it's name too.
