Nick Fury's Epic difficulty - AI's IP is increasing after quitting and restarting challenge

I have possible bug with the Epic difficulty level week 3, where I've attempted playing level and have restarted the level a few attempts, but I noticed there's an error when I start the challenge again, why is the AI's PI increasing every time? All AI's are now increased considerably. This is unfair. For example final boss is went from 52,000 to now 57,909! Punisher on second node went from 4900 now it's 6933?
