Reversal of superior t5b offer

The offer which reversed had caused wrong amount of t5b in my account.
I Had only purchased the 2500 unit deal of t5 if I am not wrong, but after reversed my void was back to r4, my corvus was back to r3. Also the ISOs return was basic not the class ISO’s which I used.. so good returned doesn’t let me rank up the same two champs with the given amount of gold. Also I had 13,000 above t5 after my void ranked 5. Now after reverse I couldn’t even rank 5 void. How come this happen? The reverse has taken t5b extra from my account. I kindly request to make the necessary adjustment.
